When it comes to vintage bicycles, there are few brands which are as well known as Bianchi, Italy's oldest manufacturer still in business. Indissolubly connected with the epic victories of Fausto Coppi, Felice Gimondi and many other riders, the Bianchi bikes have become a legend.
This Bianchi Superleggera perfectly shows the typical Bianchi charm. The Columbus tubes sport the classic celeste paint job and the frame itself has many beautiful details from the elegant seat stay caps to fork crown with Bianchi eagle engravings.
Our exemplar has been professionally repainted in tribute to Moreno Argentin. Known as ”Il Capo” he was a professional rider for the Sammontana Bianchi team who in 1986 won Liège-Bastogne-Liège and the World Championships.
